Features
What to expect: Although this five-story corner hotel faces a busy street, the entrance is on a side street, which makes it easy to pull in and let a valet take over. The small lobby has a marble reception desk, mirrored walls, and glass doors into the restaurant. Striped, French-style fabrics in the spacious guestrooms make up for the smallish bathrooms. Amenity highlights: This elegant, boutique-style hotel offers a fitness room, outdoor pool, two saunas, and a private treatment room for massages and skin care. Car rentals and tour/travel services are available at the front desk, which doubles as a gift shop. Insider tip: The second-floor outdoor pool is small, but quiet and in sunny spot.
La Terza - Features Italian specialties with a wood-burning rotisserie and grill, outdoor terrace, bar and lounge on the mezzanine floor, and a private room with wine cellar with a selection of various Italian wines. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also provides a weekend brunch and 24-hour room service.

| What a lovely place! From the candlelit cozy lobby to the wonderful beds and flat screen plasma tvs in the rooms, a great experience! Our only small quibble was a loose tile in the bathroom floor for which the front desk apologized profusely. The service was impeccable, the breakfast was great and loved the pool/workout area. Beverly Center is a few blocks away and lots of great shops and restaurants just steps away.

| For a small (98 room) hotel, the Orlando strives to present 5 star quality and service. Modern, refreshing ambiance in the lobby and rooms and a wonderful Italian restaurant (La Terza) with fantastic food. The only drawback is the incredibly small roof deck swimming pool, but in the heat it was big enough to get the job done. Great linens, good bath products, comfy robes and slippers and a good size flat screen TV. Centrally located to Beverly Hills -- who could ask for much more?

| I have stayed in over 12 hotels (3 and 4 star) in the Los Angeles area and The Orlando is the best so far. The service by front desk personnel, housekeeping, Le Terza, etc. were top rate. The complimentary breakfast was extraordinary which included various fruits, breads, granola, ham and cheese and made to order eggs, bacon, and pancakes was a great way to begin every day. The room was large and very clean. The toiletries were of the highest quality. The location was also excellent--close to The Grove, Farmer's Market, Beverly Center and many shops and eating places. The only minor thing which would have made the hotel perfect is a quieter air conditioning. Overall, great hotel and would definitely stay there again.

| We had a very good experience with this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs. The service was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well attended. There were many cafes, restaurants, shops and natural food markets in walking distance. I would stay at this hotel again when traveling to Los Angeles.

| The hotel is well-located if you are interested in staying in the West Hollywood-Beverly Hills area and offers very reasonable rates considering the location. The service was outstanding. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and took care of golf and restaurant reservations (including a discount on greens fees), made excellent recommendations and went out of their way to assure we were happy with the service. The room was comfy, clean and smoke free, although the bathroom was a bit small and the basin/countertop too low. Maid service was good and when asked quickly accomodated requests. The valets were friendly, considerate and prompt in storing and delivering our car. The hotel has secure underground parking. The food in the restaurant is excellent, particularly breakfast, with the best granola we have tasted. We highly recommend and we will return!

| The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was we were there on a Saturday night and it was a little loud outside our room with horns blowing and car doors being shut. We were there five nights and the noise problem was only that one time. The hotel was in a great location. Again I can't say enough about the staff, they were all GREAT! We would definitely stay there again. We had our two children with us and the hotel was kid friendly; they loved the chocolates that were on the beds each night.

| Very pleasant hotel with good service. The lobby is plain, but the rooms are as clean and comfortably furnished as rooms in expensive hotels. The compliementary breakfast is the best I've ever been offered, with a full menu and excellent cuisine.
