| We read other great reviews of this poperty and were not disappointed The rooms were VERY large, even by U.S. standards. The amenities in the room were first rate and the staff was efficient. Location of the hotel is about 20 mins north of Frankfurt, but in a very nice area. Bad Homburg has a nice shopping/strolling district and a number of beautiful parks right outside the front door of the hotel. We enjoyed both running and walking while we were there. The restaurant at the hotel was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. We were actually quite surprised. Its worth noting that we also spent a night in the Le Meridien in downtown Frankfurt, and although the hotel is certainly very nice, we liked the Steigenberger Bad Homburg much better. If we go back to Frankfurt, we would most likely stay at the Steigenberger Bad Homburg again.
