| This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. There are a few service "bugs" that need to be worked out. Most noticeably, the free shuttle service to and from the Mall of America and the airport. There was one evening when we waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes at 10pm. The hotel promises pick-up every 30 minutes. We eventually took a cab back to the hotel. Upon arrival back at the hotel, the front desk seemed unconcerned about our plight. Overall, a beautiful place.

| We just got back from a night here and it was awesome. The room featured HDTV, a couch, a nice sized refrigerator, microwave, a pillow top bed, bunk beds, curved shower curtain rod for extra room, morning paper, and a coffee pot. Another awesome feature was that there was a sheet on top and bottom of the blanket on the bed so that your skin didn't touch the blanket. We all had a good time in the waterpark. I would recommend this hotel highly for a gamily vacation. We stayed on a Thursday night and didn't run into any lines in the waterpark.

| My family decided not to go to the waterpark, until we got there. Unfortunately you must then pay the walk-in price, which is pretty expensive for what they have. Do yourself a favor and buy the passes when you book the room.

| We started our vacation by spending a night at the Grand Lodge Hotel. We loved it! Our three kids had so much fun at the waterpark. My husband and I enjoyed the waterpark because there were so many lifeguards on staff making sure everyone was safe and having fun. The kids also loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Our five year old ended up taking a afternoon nap because his bunk bed was so comfortable. What a treat!

| Really nice higher-end stay, everything new and in great taste and comfort. I stayed for business and was very happy and will stay there again. Exceptional for families with the water park, any season. I had a room that happened to have built in bunkbeds -- great for a family! Breakfast was very good, not included but on the premises.

| Room was excellent. No public computer---big drawback. In room internet was slow. Excercise room was small, no towels for users. Trash was piling up.

| My family and I stayed overnight at the Grand Lodge recently and overall I would say the experience was good. We got to the hotel about 15 minutes before check-in, and though the parking lot was relatively full, it was very easy to find a spot parking. We were able to check-in early, and beat the long lines that were at the front desk about 90 minutes later. The rooms are incredible! They have a safe in the room, a 32" HDTv, great colors and alternative lighting and bunk beds with a privacy curtain. The bathroom in the room was a little small on the contrary though. The bar was fairly busy, on a Sunday might I add, but the martinis were good and the atmosphere was great. The arcade is pretty impressive, but don't go down expecting to spend less than $20. The waterpark prices are steep, and it seems to be fairly busy in there most of the time, but Hotel guests are guaranteed admission, and it looks like a good time would be had, though we did not go. Expect to pay for each person going into the waterpark, even if you are not using the waterpark facilities there is a spectators fee. There are plenty of attractions nearby so overall this hotel was very impressive and we plan on staying in the future.
