This three-story hotel is located off the Lowell Connector, within four miles of popular Lowell attractions, and 29 miles from Boston. Complimentary transportation is provided from morning through late evening Monday–Friday to the many businesses within a 10-mile radius of the hotel. Both high-speed wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge for both) are available in the lobby, which also features a casual restaurant serving daily buffet breakfasts. A fitness room and seasonal outdoor swimming pool are on site and complimentary passes are provided to a nearby fitness center. Self parking is free.

| Was not satisfied with the room we had - Very cold and had to turn off air conditioning and when we did it smelled of smoke - if it is a non smoking hotel you should take up the carpets and replace them since at one time it was smoking. very disapointed in the room.

| the hotel was very nice. nice people and check in and out was easy. not much of a fitness room, but suitable for a one-night stay. big closet and a powerful air conditioner. the directions that i printed out from expedia's map section were horrible though. i had to turn around quite a few times and stop to ask for directions.

| The hotel service was great, super friendly staff and cleanliness of the room was superb. I definitely will go back to this hotel.

| Rooms are only average/adequate. Few amenities -- toiletries, e.g. Even had to call desk for soap when housekeeping left none. Assignment to handicapped room was problem (e.g., inadequate closet). Staff tried to be helpful and courteous, however.
