| Parking(C-):Small adjacent lot which fills up pretty quick in the evening because of downtown visitors. You'll pay about ten bucks a day for this convenience. I'm sure there's a garage somewhere around the hotel you can park at, but Lord know's how much that costs. Granted, this is a downtown hotel. Lobby(A-):very nice as usual. About the only attractive thing about this hotel Service(A-):wonderful,staff was pleasant and helpful. Room(D-):Bed was extremely uncomfortable (felt like I was sleeping on a cot. Always nice to see wall paper coming apart at the seams. However, good view of the city. Free wireless internet connection wasn't really to stable. Still, the room was clean.

| The walls were a little thin and you could hear people in the hallway pretty clearly. But overall this was a great hotel. I spent only one night, but it was everything I could have asked. Having a bar in the lobby was a plus!

| Stayed in the hotels for three nights. Rooms were huge and in good shape. Staff was very helpful and treated us to a lot of cookies. There is not much going on around the hotel itself (a lot of empty streets downtown), but the hotel is close to all the highways and not far from the old town. Overall a very nice hotel for a good price.

| Our experience with this hotel was mixed. The hotel itself was clean and friendly and somewhat conveniently located. You had to pay to park in their lot however. We had a bad experience with the hotel security. There was apparently a "party" being held on our floor amongst the other guests staying our floor. They were loud and disruptive almost all night long both nights we stayed there. We heard security come and tell them that if they had one more complaint they would be asked to leave. After that - these guests continued to be loud and began to smoke cigarettes excessively outside in the hallway. The smoke smell was very potent in our room (we were in the Non-smoking section of the hotel). We called security at this time - no one came back up - and they were not asked to leave. Unless we are guaranteed a non-smoking room (environment) when we go return - we will not be coming back to this hotel.

| The deciding factor was the fact the hotel lead right into the Kiva. This was great! The room was beautiful as well as had a great view. The price of the room was also very affordable and this too was nice. The only wish I had was to have been able to bring my pet.
