| This hotel is brand new. It is pleasing to the eye but there were some issues. We tried to check-in around 1pm. The person at the front desk was not very friendly. She told us we would have to wait until at least 2pm. When we got to the room the temperature was warm. The thermostat was all the way down. It was a hot day and we went to visit friends. That evening we came back to the same warm temperatures. We called front desk and they told us to turn off unit for 10 mins and then back on. It worked and the room cooled down. They need to address the a/c issue and the non-friendly staff...
