| We found this hotel to be very comfortable and reasonably priced. Nothing fancy but suitable for our needs. It was close to town and other attractions. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

| Hotel was majorly in disrepair. The roof was damaged, the paint on the outside was in increadibly bad condition. Inside the non-smoking room was the stench of smoke. It said newly remodeled on the reader board but that could not be possible. The manager was very nice. He did allow me to cancel the hotel with no hassle. We promptly went down the street to a normal motel. Short summary: The place is a major dump.

| beds made noise, there were no shampoo in the bathroom, breakfast with doughnats was bad (Sunday doughnats were from the day before, coffee was cold).

| sign in the lobby: "No refund after 15 minutes". 'nuff said!!
