| Water front view was excellent, enjoyed watching harbor activities. Great location, gave car to valet parking on arrival and did'nt need it until departure. Easy walking to everything we wanted to see and do. We ate in all three hotel restaurants and the meals were very good. The Vista's revolving restaurant at the top of hotel was exceptional for our anniversary, best meal either of us could remember in a very long time.

| Good downtown hotel. New construction on waterfront side will negatively impact the views over the next year or so, but it had no impact on my stay. Nicely appointed, Very comfortable room, courteous staff. Food is good, but Vancouver has really tremendous food available at a better value outside the hotel.

| I am a non-smoker, and thought that the floor I was on was a non-smoking floor. This was not the case, however, as the room directly across the the hall had a group of heavy smokers. I called the front desk, told them the issue, they told me that these folks were probably not following the rules, and hotel management would check it out. Nothing happened....the smoking continued.

| We reserved the deluxe room, but the view was blocked by a building on the left, a noisy construction site on the right and a floating Chevron station in the middle. The walls were extremely thin and we could hear even casual conversation in the hallways. The room itself was ok, but on the small side and not deluxe (with the exception of the heated tiles in the bathroom). Also, the plumbing vibrated so much when the shower was on that it shook the room. Overall, certainly not worth the price.

| I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and I find the staff to be very courteous and helpful;it has a nice bar on the ground floor and a revolving restaurant on the roof and its own parking structure in the basement. You can watch the sea planes take off and land from your room.

| I raced in the Vancouver Marathon of which this hotel was a sponsor. Not only did they allow a very late check out but they distributed orange slices to all of the runners as we ran by the hotel. It was a nice gesture to all participants. Very convenient location as well.
