| The hotel was close enough to the airport and the interstate but far enough so there was no noise from those places. The street was good for driving, and access to tourist attractions and shopping was excellent. I also liked the exercise room and spa but I found the local neighborhood reasonable for walking and jogging especially with a wide boulevard nearby. The balcony was good too, although it was on the same side as the main thoroughfare. Restaurant service was very good, too.

| The hotel was better than expected. Staff was very informative and cooperative. We didn't like our first room and was given one with a better view without any hassle. Quiet place not to busy. Would stay again without hesitation. Only disappoint was the complimentary shuttle started it's run to downtown @ 4PM instead of earlier.

| It is boring to sit in the restaurant, very few guests ever there. I always enjoy the balcony and the fabulous view towards downtown and the mountains.

| We were informed that the hotel recently changed management. The receptionists were rude and not informed to the new procedures. When we registered, the receptionist was arguing with an airline crew member. She was very rude to this person. When we got our hotel room, she informed us that we had a mountain view. The view turned out to be Quebec Street not the mountains. Requested to have bed linens changed daily. This was not done unless we removed linens from bed and placed in the middle of the floor. In addiiton, staff never replaced the same number of towels or glasses or vacuumed carpet. Had to call front desk for missing items each day to replentish them. The restaurant staff did not know how to charge meals to room. The bar area was not maintained and clean. No bellman service. All pay telephones had been removed. The excercise area was not clean. Total experience was substandard at best.

| Nice staff, nice room, bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall a nice stay. Very clean and close enough to downtown without being in the middle of it.
