| Overall this hotel was an OK place to stay, but the bathrooms are way too small. No room on the sink, no room in the shower, plus the hot water kept going out. The beds are very comfortable though, and at night it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent (complimentary) along with the two free drinks per day at the bar downstairs. Near the interstate in the middle of town.

| I chose this hotel on the basis of the Expedia rated hotel class. When I arrived, I found this to be a bit over blown. While the amenities were there, they weren't quite as good as one would expect. The room doors looked like they'd seen some violence, and the rooms could have used some painting. The hotel staff, was wonderful and very helpful, and were the best part of the experience. The exceptions to good service were the lounge staff and the restaurant staff (at breakfast), who didn't seem too interested in taking care of the hotel guests. I would consider lodging there again as a convenience between destinations, not as a hotel for my final destination.

| Hotel was very clean, and very friendly staff. Biggest problem was the internet was constantly down. Everyday the staff said it was working when it never was. Made working very difficult.

| This was a wonderful hotel at a great price. The breakfast buffet is amazing and we even received complementary drinks at happy hour. They have new mattresses also. I slept better and woke up without my usual hip pain. I highly recommend this hotel

| Nice hotel w/ full service restuarant and bar. Nice to receive full breakfast coupons and drink coupons for each night of stay. Wireless doesn't work very well (at least not on the upper floors) - signal too weak. Parts of hotel could use some updating, but still it was clean overall and the beds were comfortable (no worn out mattresses). Convienent location to get to anywhere in ABQ.

| We requested a non smoking room and were given a smoking room. Not only was the room foul smelling (not just smokey), but the hall was as well. The front desk staff was rude. We attempted to get food from the bar at 10:01, but the food service ended at 10:00 and they would not accomadate us. Inquired about the nearest snack machine in the hotel and were told that there were none. The shower was so small that I (5'7") could not turn around without hitting the wall. Breakfast was poorly stocked when we arrived at 8am. Fresh made omlettes were not being made, there were no eggs on the buffet either, We were given plasticware to eat with. Based on the cleanliness of the room (I step on several pieces of trash near the bed) we decided not to let the kids swim in the pool the following morning.
