| I enjoyed my (5) day stay at the Hyatt. It is conveniently located to the french corner, Macy's department store and mall. The service was great and the entire staff was professional and very friendly. I am a jazz lover, so the rhythmic sounds of jazz was piped in and could be heard as soon as getting off the bus, this really let the sound of NOLA be heard. Thanks for your hospitality and I hope to visit NOLA and the Hyatt very soon. Berta

| Price of food and drinks was a little high, even for a hotel. It would be great to start the shuttle earlier so that one can take it to Cafe De Monde at 7 or 8 am.
