| It is a bit out of the way (10 minutes to the inner harbor), but the rates are reasonable and I would count is as a good value given the prices in Victoria at high season. Rooms are comforable and clean, if a bit dated. The wireless internet access is useful and the cafe has a good breakfast.

| The front desk was helpful in getting us checked in, and calling a cab at the end of our trip. The entire property had seen better days- old paint, wall paper etc. Even so, our room was very clean. The fan in the bathroom created a neutral white noise that drowned out the neighbors, and I slept well. They also had comfortable serta matresses. Since this is an ext corridor hotel, they left a pamphlet in the room reminding us to be safe and keep the door locked etc. No veiw from the room, but a good veiw from the top of the hotel. Take bus 11 from downtown to get here. It is out of the way a bit.
