| The place is clean but it smells old and musty--definitely in need of a makeover. Security was good--there were guards checking every car that drove into the parking lot--apparently the nearby convention center has events and those who attend the events use the hotel parking lot. Parking was adequate, breakfast was O.K. Staff was very helpful.

| The grounds of the Residence Inn were very well kept, making it a nice walk to the breakfast every morning. The organization of the breakfast needs to be re-formated. It was not logical and when crowded (weekends) it was frustrating for everyone. Rooms are becoming a bit "weary" looking, although they were clean. Our stay was satisfactory. We would stay there again.

| I and my family was very impressed with the service and value of this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future.
