| We were given delicious cookies at check-in and the service was just as warm. Our children enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay at the Doubletree again.

| The room was not ready when we arrived, which was an hour after check in, they couldn't tell me when it would be ready and then they charged for parking. My husband is allergic to down and called and asked for non-down pillows, they came and brought new DOWN pillows. They got it right on the second try. The room was very nice but the service was lacking. Will stay there again because it is close to family and the indoor pool for kids is nice. On the plus side, since we had to try and check in twice, we got double the cookies!

| the hotel was great, the room was very comfortable. we were there for an event at the nearby convention center. the hotel did not plan ahead for the event with enough staff. could not get a drink at the bar or a table at the restaurant. thought the internet should be free in the room for the price. but had a great time

| Good service ... early check in was a breeze ... staff friendly and competent ... very good mix of guests ... kids, business people, prom goers, square dancers. Location in downtown very accessible to our driving destinations ... don't expect a lot of night life downtown ... but also expect a convenient hotel that does everything right and a trusting, safe atmosphere.

| Beautiful hotel and lovely room. Quiet and comfortable. Not staffed for food service well. 45 minutes for a room service cheeseburger and no soup(!) or bread for dinner in the small restaurant. Baxter's is right around the corner for food.

| Only real negative was parking. You had to go all the way up the garage and then all the way down each time you needed to leave.
