| when i got there i was immediately taken care of, i asked for a roll away bed and it came almost immediately as i got up to my room very impressed with the service.

| The hotel was easy to get to, and very nice. The staff was very helpful. We got dinner from room service, and it was good and delivered very quickly.

| Stayed here before about a year ago... It seems they had better services before... This time they didn't even have a continental breakfast! But other than that the beds weren't so comfortable and the bathroom floor seemed a little dirty. But still it isn't a Roach Motel or anything. I guess just average.

| The hotel was nice for the money. They had a free shuttle from the airport and free parking (although limited).The rooms were clean, but a little outdated. None of the vending machines worked, but you could get drinks in the hotel restaurant.Overall, with the Expedia value rate, it was a good deal for Toronto.

| The hotel is much older than the others in the area. It was much too far from resturants. The hotel actually lost one of my reservations, then when I finally got into my room the heater did not work. It was not until late that evening until they allowed me to change rooms. The temperature in my first room was about 10 degrees.

| I was not happy with this hotel at all! First of all, there is no bell captain to help with bags. Second of all, they didn't have the room I had reserved (non smoking in business class) and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that he "just left", very poor customer service. The room was nothing to write home about either, very old decor. I definately would not stay there. The only thing nice about it was the restaraunt attached.

| This hotel was appropriate for the type of trip I had. I was only going to be in the area for the weekend for a wedding in Toronto. It was very close to the airport and to the highway which was perfect for a short stay because travel time was cut down. No time to sightsee, but there was a nearby mall for some souvenirs and it only took 20 minutes to get to downtown Toronto for a quick view of the city. For cheap quick eats/ fast food, there were at least 5-6 places less than 5 minutes away (i.e. McDonald's, Swiss Chalet, KFC, chinese food). This is a two star hotel so services were typical and it was comfortable, clean, and convenient for a short stay. Had I planned to spend a longer time int the area or spend most of my time in the hotel, I may not have chosen this particular location.Only a few minor things were disappointing about the stay. None of the vending machines were replenished during my stay so late after the wedding I attended I could not get anything to drink. The first room I was checked into did not have a working phone and the staff did not know how to fix it so I had to move rooms.Overall, this hotel suited my travel need for an inexpensive place with convenience.
