| The hotel has just completed renovations. The room was lovely. The pool area was well landscaped as well. Had a restaurant on-site, but did not get the chance to dine. Waffle House is 50 yrds away. During my trip, I rent bicycles at a near by hut and cycled down US 1 to Duval St. Highly recommendate it. A great way to tour island.

| Hotel Key West is in the perfect spot for all kinds of activities in the Keys. It's close to the beach and just a quick shuttle ride into Old Town. It's away from the in-town chaos and still so close to the fun!

| Worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. Toilet didn't flush. Staff was rude. Pool was only nice part about this place. Housekeeping staff gathered outside room at 7:00 am to discuss their weekend. Loud and obnoxious people who had no regard for their guests.

| This property gives new meaning to "roach motel". As soon as I entered the room I noticed a few roaches but soon I discovered the room was full of them. Had I not checked in so late I would have looked for another hotel. The next morning I mentioned the problem to the desk and was given a curt apology. Stay away from this property.

| we waited about 20 minutes just to check in . when we got to our room- it smelled like mildew. after trying to convince the front desk it was not my imagination, they did switch our room to a smellier one. i don't mean a slight smell, it was very strong. our phone didn't work and the water pressure was non-existent. the ice machines were broken and the pool area, though attactive, was very loud. we checked out early- don't do it to yourself.

| Upon check-in, the receptionist belched in our face. On the second night we came back to the hotel to find roaches in our room. We called to the front desk and they said "we need to do something about that" and just hung up on us. Someone finally came out to spray, but it ended up that more roaches came out. After about an hour, we were moved to a new room. This room the A/C didn't work properly and the phone didn't work at all. The pool is the nicest part of the hotel.

| Had an excelent stay at this hotel. I think it was a little overpriced, but it was nice. The pool area is also nice, however they need to update the chairs. The downside about relaxing by the pool is that you hear trafic.
