| This was a great hotel for a business trip - clean, quiet, and within walking distance of downtown Ottawa and all of Hull. Parking isn't free, but the fee is reasonable. My room was on the small side, but there are many different sizes of rooms available. The free wireless internet was very useful.

| Accomodations were decent, no complaints there but nothing to rave about either. We had a nice view of the Ottawa river. The receptionists were courteous and helpful. Also the hotel is very close to downtown (just a mile) and several museums and overlooking the Ottawa river. One thing which didn't go well with me was that we have to pay for parking our car in their parking lot. It was a bit surprising that we have to pay extra for parking. Also the lot was very small and we had to drive to a separate parking spot behind the hotel to park our car.

| Hotel was under renovation. No phone service for 48 hours. Old fashioned heater-cooler was due for replacement. Great view of the Capital - very handy for us visiting the Museum of Civilization. Location and price made it worthwhile for us.

| Very close to the tourist area of Ottawa. The room was okay, with a great view of the river and Parliment hill.

| If you want to save money and can walk to Ottawa downtown, then you can stay in this Hotel. But the hotel in an old one, with old applainces in the Hotel. Try to find another hotel even if you have to spend couple of dollars more.

| with a hockey team and on my team we have had 3 different prices. Thay didn't change anything I've ask to sign-in early and they have me coming back fourth time. Fist time they told me around 10h - after at 10h30, also at 11h and I have sign-in at 12h30. I've call for the internet, I couldn't logon.

| The hotel was clean and in good conditions. It is very well located, near most of the attractions. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The only negative thing is that the hotel does not offer free continental breakfast and the restaurant is kind of expensive. Despite of this, I would stay there again.

| Within walkable distance (2 minutes walk) to Ottawa river, cruise, park, Civilization Museum. Close to parliament buildings and downtown Ottawa (5-7 minutes drive). The hotel has free internet access and swimming pool and car parking for a nominal fee. Television has both English and French channels. I stayed in the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights on a business trip. Basically, I went around the city during the day and was back to the hotel just to sleep at night. My stay at the hotel was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and gave directions to various places whenever I needed. Good hotel for the price, would definitely stay again if I visit Ottawa in the future.
