| Was a little disappointed in Radisson, had higher expectations. Good feature is proximity to RIT, which was the purpose of my stay. Other than that it just seems older and tired. Basically though service was good, and room was clean and sufficient - needs more lighting.

| A very LOUD A/C unit, turning on & off every few minutes, as well as the extremely uncomfortable bed, combined to give us a miserably sleepless night. Night two we pushed the temp higher, so it would kick in less, hoping to get a little more sleep. Meanwhile, at breakfast, the buffet included cold scrambled eggs & cold French toast. Wooden tongs to extract the mini-bagels from the toaster would have been helpful, too. In their defense, the staff at the Front desk & dining room, & bar, were very friendly and helpful.

| The hotel was very nice, but considering other hotels in the area was lacking in a number of emenities. No continental breakfast was offered, and the on-site restaurant was quite pricy.

| The Park Plaza Rochester is 3 easy miles from the airport. While they are currently renovating the exterior, the inside has been completely remodeled with new furniture, comfortable beds and bedding and fresh carpeting. For business travelers, the appeal is clean, quiet rooms away from traffic, a great staff and an easy location. Would definitely stay there again.

| We stayed 6 nights. Our primary focus was relaxation and the pool. They honored our request for non-smoking and near the pool. We were 2 adults and a three yr old. It was Halloween weekend and on sunday eve asked for a flashlite so we could go to a nearby neighborhood and go trick or treating. They cheerfully gave us one! Smiles from everyone, and the pool...was like 100 degrees and made up for no whirlpool or sauna. They were doing some construction down the hall during our stay and the noise was next to nothing. I will recommend this hotel to friends and neighbors in the future.
