| The room and hotel staff were great. Both restaurant and lounge were very questionable. Restaurant took orders without writing them down and totally forgot who ordered what. Lounge service was bad and didn't appreciate comments.

| Good location, but that is where the benefits end. Horrible smell, never remodeled since it was built, dirty. Skip this one.

| The Hotel was a bit too old for my liking. We asked for a different room due to the loud noise of the air conditioner unit and were promptly moved. Patio door did not completely close. Carpets did not seem clean.

| Problem with door lock kept me out of room on arrival. Front desk disinterested, took two trips back to front desk to summon maintenance. Room shabby.

| Biggest problem: Air conditioning not working well. Quite warm and stuffy. The entire staff is so very kind and goes overboard trying to please. Very late one night when we came in, the restaurant was closed, but they fixed us some sandwiches. That's service! Really good food there, too.

| This is a very old property in an older, industrial part of the city. Though it has probably been refurbished as well as it can be, we wouldn't stay there again. When we arrived we were given the wrong type of room. When they changed the room, the electronic key wouldn't work. We had to wait for maintenance to get into our room. No apologies were offered. When we checked out, the desk clerk had trouble reading the printout and had to get a manager to verify that we had pre-paid. All in all, a less than satisfactory experience. We were there to run-away from life for a couple of hours and it seemed life just kept poking us in the eye.
