| This hotel is an oasis amongst high rise hotels. Unfortunately first impressions of our room were not good. The furnishings were very shabby but with a good handyman etc, it could be improved. The main draw of this hotel is that it is pretty quiet (mostly oldies go there) and the grounds are very tranquil compared to hussle/hustle going on outside in those huge hotels. It's very close to the beach, transport, shops, and easy walking distance for all. I liked it very much in the end. Two pools, too!
