The hotel has four swimming pools, including a family pool bordered by tropical gardens, two children's pools, and an adults-only pool. A computer with high-speed Internet access is available in the resort's business center (fee charged). Supervised activities are available for children ages 4–12 Monday through Friday (complimentary for All-Inclusive Plan guests).

Daytime play on the resort's tennis court is complimentary, with a fee charged for illuminated play after dark. The hotel has a fitness room with cardio and weight-training equipment. A supervised children's club for guests ages 4–12 is available on weekdays. Although the Atlantic Ocean along the beach fronting the resort is normally too rough for safe swimming, a calm Caribbean Sea beach one half-mile away has a water sports center that rents snorkeling gear, small sailboats, windsurfers, boogie boards, and kayaks. The front desk can assist with arranging tee times at the Royal St. Kitts Golf Course, a quarter-mile away. The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

What to expect: This moderately priced resort appeals to families and couples desiring traditional European plan or all-inclusive holidays on an ocean beach without the frantic activity of a larger property. The resort has views of St. Kitts' green hills and mountains. Amenity highlights: A family pool spanned by a bridge meanders through tropical gardens adjacent to a 15-foot-diameter children's pool. In an open section of the resort's grounds, another large pool, measuring 45 by 20 feet, is reserved for adults. Nearby is a second children's pool, this one a 15-by-12-foot rectangle. The 4-mile, surf-swept stretch of ochre-colored sand next to the resort is ideal for sunbathing and long walks. Insider tip: A rustic beach shack one half-mile away serves grilled foods and tropical drinks alongside the Caribbean Sea.

| The Sugar Bay Club was an excellect all inclusive hotel for families. the grounds were beautiful as were the pools. The food was great and the drinks were awesome. They have a very refreshing frozen rum runner. they gave us fresh towels everyday. the room was so clean and comfortable. They also have a gym and many activities for children.

| HOtel was very nice. It was very clean and had just what you needed. It was not really fancy but clean and had all of the basics (TV, frig, AC) The staff was very friendly and pool and beaches very nice... I would recommend
