| The hotel was fine, except that the room was not well insulated and we could hear doors banging and the other people staying in the hotel throughout the night.

| We stayed at the hotel for four night and thought the rooms were well kept, the included continental beakfast was nice and our stay was overall fine for the reasonable price we paid. It's great if you have a rental car because its only 10 minutes from downtown Seattle and close by the airport although we didn't hear any air traffic. I wasn't expecting a four star hotel (didn't pay for one either) but it was a nice place to crash after a long day of touring. No services right by the hotel - it's in an industrial disctric but only a five minute drive down the road to restaurants and stores.

| For a Red Lion hotel I was shocked at the bad service and unfriendliness of this hotel. The room we were told we were being checked into was not what we walked into. And the room lacked towels and pillow cases. The restaurant and pool closed and no notification was given. The staff was not helpful and rude. They made you feel that the simple act of checking in was a chore.

| It was dirty, smelly, and down right disgusting. The staff the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and you have to go through the parking lot to get to your room. There is no elevator so you are forced to haul your luggage up the stairs to your room. The only postive thing about this stay was that it wasn't raining on me as i struggled to get to my room!

| i found 3 spiders in my room - one was coming off the ceiling onto my bed, a huge one in the bathtub and one came down from the door as i was walking out of the room. i stayed there for 3 days and the maid only cleaned the room once. the staff was friendly but everything in the hotel looked so old (eps. the bathroom). there's a bus stop nearby but the bus only comes every half an hour. but i agree that you get what you pay for.

| Not the quality I expected from a Red Lion Hotel. There was also some confusion on my part as there are 2 Red Lion Hotel's on Pacific Highway in Seattle a few miles apart and both close to Seatac Airport so I gathered the wrong hotel info from Expedia on line and tried to check into the wrong one.
