| When we arrived, our room was freezing. Windows were frosted over so we turned on the heat which activated the smoke alarms. There were dead roaches in the bathtub and my daughter actually was trapped in the bath room. The door jam came completely off the wall and my husband had to get a screwdriver to pry my daughter out of the bathroom. In addition there was not enough hot water for 4 people to shower. Hotel management was not interested in resolving this issue and would not even return our phone calls.

| If visiting SA I would suggest exploring other hotels. This Comfort in is over-priced, yet delivers no features that would justify this price! The room was dirty and not well maintained. Search Elsewhere!

| I was greatly disappointed with this hotel. I was expecting a slightly better than average hotel and hotel room. Upon arriving, the 2 people on duty were pleasant and helpful. However, upon entering our room, I was greeted with an unpleasant odor in our room. A few minutes later, I started to realize why............our room was filthy. My daughter had only been walking around the room barefooted for appoximately 10-15 minutes when I noticed that the bottoms of her feet were BLACK!! I was thoroughly disgusted. The next morning, I asked the clerk at the front desk (not as pleasant as those the night before) if the carpets in our room could be shampooed while we were gone that day. She wrote it down in a notebook and I left. Upon returning to our room that evening, the smell I was greeted with was more pleasant than the previous evening, so I assumed that the carpets had been cleaned. But I soon discovered that I was wrong after my husband had been walking around the room for a few minutes without his shoes on......again BLACK feet! I will never stay at this hotel again!

| Love the staff! They helped us with finding places to eat and even getting us tickets to a Spurs game. Room was clean and smelled nice. Great location, easy to find.
