| I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Some places rated with only two starts turn out to be rather run down, or in less desirable areas but this hotel was in good condition, and very convenient. The continental breakfast was great, but would benefit from extended hours... some of us like to sleep in when on vacation. If you are touring DC, the metro is an ecomonical and stress-free way to get into the city and then back to this hotel.

| 1. They did not have our reservationa and were not interested in helping until we called Customer Service on our cell phone. 2. The phone in the room did not work. The first night they replaced the phone and when that didn't work, they assured me that they would repair it the next day. When we returned to the room they next night we still didn't have phone service. 3. The internet connection in the room was extremely slow and would disconnect frequently. We got no help from the tech support people.

| The motel staff was not at all friendly & in no way tried to be accomodating when it came to any questions we had & did not go out of their way to offer any information about the area. The hotal was not in a convenient location & was diffucult to get in to and out of the parking lot. There were no restaurants in close proximity & the so-called restaurant in the motel only served pizza & the lady in charge barely spoke English. Ice machines were only located on a couple of floors & the rooms could have been cleaner. Don't drop anything on the floor. If it rolls under the bed, you will definitely find more than the item you dropped. Yuck! I would not recommend this motel!!

| We were very impressed with the hotels value for the $. The free continental breakfast was great and saved us a lot of $ on food. Each morn. hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, english muffins, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and juice. The free shutte to and from the metro station was no more than 3 min from hotel. It would probably have been a 10 min walk. If you have a car the hotel was very easy to get to being right off the hwy. Also a few restaurants about 5 min away, and a grocery store. We were very impressed overall after doing a lot of looking for hotel and reading the reviews. If you need a home base while you travel around the DC area this was nothing fancy but a comfortable place to rest.

| I really enjoyed my stay here. The shuttle drivers were excellent and was very apologetic when they could not fit everyone on the shuttle in one trip. Very prompt with picking us up at the metro. The walk to the metro was nice also. Front desk very helpful with directions. Right off the interstate.

| The staff was not friendly, but the location (very close to interstate)and cleanliness of the room made up for it. Comparing rates in the DC area, this hotel is a good choice if you want a place to bathe and sleep.

| this is a great location to stay as you finish visiting Washington, DC and arecontinuing your trip South. The hotel accomadations we had were fine and the beds were super! Getting right onto 95 South the next morning avoided all the delay of regular commuter traffic.

| This hotel met all my expectations. The only negative thing I could say about my stay would be the entrance to the hotel was located at the top of a small hill at a very busy intersection which made entering and exiting the parking lot a little challenging.
