| Very pleased with this hotel and it's services. Pool could be updated a bit but was very nice nonetheless. We did have a few ants on the sink in the bathroom, but that was about the only drawback. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

| The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The area was in close proximity to shopping and events that we wanted to see and do. We plan to use the facility again when traveling to KS.

| The hotel was a great value. The rooms were very nice and the staff also. Nice courtyard and pool. We will definitely use it again when we go back to Kansas City. Very nice lobby are and breakfast area.

| I was very hesitant to book this hotel at first, as it was priced considerably less than the local competition. Upon check-in though, we were very pleased to see such a lovely establishment! The hotel sits high on a hill with a beautiful view overlooking the busy streets of Overland Park (though removed from them). The lobby comes complete with a roaring fireplace where you are welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff. Our room looked out into a gorgeous courtyard (with pool, towering trees, and plenty of frolicking squirrels to entertain you). Each morning an incredible breakfast buffet welcomed you (and was included in the price of the room. How do they do it?). The food was wonderful, and unlike some other hotels, you weren't penalized if you arrived at the last minute, everything was always fully stocked. Our room was simple, but nice with a desk, two double beds, a pleasant bathroom, and a patio to enjoy the great outdoors. The hotel had weekend movie night and also offered manager receptions nightly with free drinks and appetizers, though we never took advantage of it. One of the nicest hotel stays I have had, with a great staff. We never felt rushed to get out of our rooms for the cleaning crew, and parking was never a problem. It was quaint yet extremely reasonable. We will be staying there on all future trips to Kansas City, that is for sure.

| On a chilly night where the room heater was acting as a DE-humidifier, we requested an extra blanket and were told we'd have to go get it ourselves. We also placed our 'Maid Service Please' placard outside and when we returned the card was reversed to 'Do Not Disturb' and we had no fresh towels and an unmade bed.
