| A basic sleeping motel. Front desk personnel were very customer focused. Room was nicely appointed. Cleaning service for the room was spotty at best. One day the room was well cleaned. The next day cleaning was very poor. For example, tissue package was not replaced. Toilet tissue roll, which was used up, was not replaced. Used shampoo packets were not replaced. The same with the soap. Vacuming was poor. The result was we had to go to the front desk and ask for these items.

| the room wasn't what was shown on the internet over all stay was nice. there was a blood spot on the wall behind the door in bathroom.the corners needed to be cleaned a little more than they had been. the beds were nice. overall room condition was nice. would stay again if we had the chance to.

| I was very impressed with the service attitude of the staff. When approached about an extended check-out so I could come back and shower after a bicycle race, they accomodated me openly. In fact, they made sure all available staff (especially the cleaning crew) knew my room was the one with the late check out. They were very polite and friendly, a welcome greeting for a weary traveler.

| Pros: Reasonable cost. Nice and safe area for shopping, dining. Cons: No sign to enter. Difficult to find the entrance to the hotel from street. Bed is too soft. No hair dryer. Heater is located near the ceiling. Warm air does not come down. Cannot watch TV at the table.

| Hotel located close to major roads in west Dearborn but in a nice, reasonably quiet location...bordered by a river and a golf course. Clean with all newly remodeled rooms,not very fancy but generally the most affordable but decent motel in the area.

| I was interested in finding a low-price, peaceful hotel for a night's stay while looking for an apartment before starting work in Detroit. The cost was low, but the hotel was in a shady area and I didn't feel completely safe. The room also had an empty condom wrapper under the telephone which had not been removed. Finally, it wasn't well stocked with wash clothes or shampoo, and the bathroom lights and tub were very loud and didn't work real well.

| Older but well maintained and priced reasonably. Fit my needs - just needed 1 night for sleep to attend U of M graduation.
