| We had a lot of trouble checking in. First, the room was not ready at 3:00pm. There were maids sitting around a room, talking and laughing while carts of dirty laundry lined the halls. The key to the room didn't work and after going to the front desk three times, the employees treated me as if "I" was the one doing it wrong. An employee finally discovered that there was a problem with the rooms lock! The beds were very thin and uncomfortable! There were cigarette butts everywhere! In the elevator, around the pool - which we were not permitted to use - nothing on website stated pool not in use, and employees (we counted five) walked passed all these cigarettes without cleaning them up. In the elevator, we even mentioned it to a maid who indicated she did not speak English. So we showed it to her and she just shook her head - NO!! We were very disappointed with this hotel - Never again!!

| This hotel was a surprise. It is clean and nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast was excellent. It is in a good location. Close to several of Nashville's attractions. I will definately stay there the next time we are in Nashville.

| Manager's cocktail hour and the delicous cooked breakfast make the stay here the best deal in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

| Was promised airport shuttle - broken - told to "take a taxi and pay for it" Was promised early-check in - not available for numerous ridiculous excuses. Was promised 2 star rating of hotel - 1/4 star at best. Staff went under and below to handle my challenges - unbelievable. Very disapoointing to say the least. Business travelers stay away.

| I rarely give a hotel all high marks, but this one is a one of a kind. Nice hotel rooms. Lots a room. High speed internet connection is great, room service was terrific. Front desk was very helpful. Then the hot and cold breakfast. Eggs, sometype of meat, sausage, bacon. potatoes, biscuits and gravy. The price, well, I would expect to pay more but hopefully the property will hold its room fees. Definetly coming back to Nashville and staying at this hotel. Great DEal

| Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Only stayed one night but it was a pleasant place to stay.
