| The smell when we came into the room was horrible. The toilet seat was not attached in the bathroom and there were cigarette burns on the tub in our non-smoking room. The beds were really uncomfortable - it was so bad that my son ended up finding a dry spot and sleeping on the floor. There was no coffee maker, very little room around the sink and we weren't given enough towels. The view was of the parking lot and an industrial area. We could hear the shower starting in other rooms and it was loud enough to wake us. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.
