| Extremely comfortable bed. Slow on check-in (and lobby music was very loud and annoying). Air conditioning ran on and off all night - a bit distracting for a light sleeper. Room service and food was very good and responsive.

| This hotel was fine, but not as good as other Westin Hotels. The desk staff for the most part couldn't answer questions and the concierge had always "just stepped away". The room was a little worn but clean. The location was great.

| The overall hotel was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. The bedding (pillows, mattress, etc.) was wonderful. It was great to sleep on a bed that was like home.

| Staff had great attitude. Severe lack of attention to details Poor follow-through Room had coffee stains on carpet that were not cleaned up even after notification. Had to ask to have room vacuumed. Failed to deliver/notify of messages & packages per agreed-to protocol. Walls too "thin" could understand conversations in adjacent rooms. Consistently better service/facilities at less expensive hotels.

| The room was immaculate, the bed was incredible, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and the hotel was beautiful...in other words it's a Westin Hotel. It's also very nicely located and our room had a wonderful view of the baseball stadium. Overall I'd have to say A++

| The good part: Go for one of the even numbered rooms and you will have a great view of the runway. Its amazing in the morning when you can see aircrafts lined up for take off, one after the other. The bad part: No free internet here. Not even in the lobby or business center. You have to pay $10 for a day worth of internet or 30cents per minute in the business center.

| The personnel did not speak any foreign language, which was annoying as my mother speaks french only. The concierge was never there to provide us with info about what to do in Pitt. There was some dust on the coffee machine. Overall, it was ok for the stay and the bed was really comfortable.
