| Great location, clean, efficient, and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure you have a very comfortable stay. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet...the other restaurants are great, but the buffet is just some cut up fruit and scrambled eggs that have the consistency of watered-down chalk. Put an omelette chef on board and make sure food that is meant to be served warm is actually warm!! The service overall, however, was great and this was really my only complaint.

| The hotel room was nicely decorated and very clean. Tons of pillows on the very comfortable beds. Not too expensive parking and easy check in. Definitely would stay there again.

| We enjoy our stay in Hyatt Regency. It is so convinent to Crown Center. But we were surprised to learn that we, as hotle gusts, have to pay daily parking fee. Parking fee is more expensive than other parking garage charges.

| We were very pleased with the overall stay, the shopping does close down quite early 9:00 p.m. on week nights and 6:00 p.m. on weekends which makes for a difficult nightlife.

| The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, but the most impressive part of our stay was the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We had a late dinner at Skies, a revolving restaurant. Again, the food and service were excellent.

| The room was nice. The beds need a way to keep the sheets and mattress pad on the bed. That is the only thing we would change. Everyone was polite and helpful and rooms were quite and peaceful.

| The Hyatt Regency Crown Center is conveniently located and easily accessible to many tourist type attractions in Kansas City. The Hallmark card center is a must see. We booked a package that included breakfast at the Terrace Restaurant for our two day stay. The service at the restaurant, even though there were not many patrons for a weekend, was very slow and unattentive both days. The food served on the buffet line for breakfast was not warm or heated, and the scrambled eggs were extremely dry. The continental breakfast, which was $2.00 less than the full breakfast was a better choice, sans the meat selection and scrambled eggs.

| A complimentary breakfast would have been nice. It wouldn't have cost them that much but would have gone a long way in making our stay more pleasant.
