| Great place to stay - good location for us. This was our 3rd time to stay here. Looks like the remodeling is about done - this time we didn't have to stay in the midst of it. New decorating is nice & clean.

| The hotel is under construction and will be until September. We knew this ahead of time and expected noise and dust. We did have a problem with our room, but the staff was excellent, getting us another room right away. They all treated us great and the breakfast was wonderful. The pool felt great after a hot day.

| but they were remodeling and it would have been nice if we would have been told before hand that they were doing construction. Also, the swiming pool was very dirty.

| The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, their were cobwebs everywhere and bugs crawling in the sink. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all.

| We have stayed in this hotel mulitple times when it was under different management. At the time of booking we felt that the general hotel condition, exterior-wise, was the same. Unfortuneately, we had a poorly maintained room. First we noticed that the bathroom had a musty smell. It turns out that the ceiling had mold on it. Second, we had to kill two spiders in the room. It is understandable to have a spider by chance but two is probably a sign that the rooms are often vacant and staff does nothing to freshen them up. In the past we stayed at this hotel it had a 3.5 to 4 star rating and we were always pleased with our stay. I can completely agree with their current rating of 2.5 stars after this last stay.

| The hotel appears not to have hired enough staff to properly clean the hotel. Some contruction os going on in one area of the hotel, and the debris from workers was allowed to accumulate in non-contruction areas. The lack of staff and misorganization resulted in no one EVER comming to the room to clean it.

| The entrance of the hotel is decorated with marble tiles, lighting, comfy chairs, but is very misleading. The actual rooms seemed somewhat dirty, with old, beat up furniture. My room also reeked of smoke, although I requested a non-smoking room. On the upside, the rooms were very quiet. Also, can somewhen please tell the desk staff that it is not good business to brong your friends in and "hang out" with them whihle you are working? I had to wait quite long to check in because the desk staff was too busy chatting with her friends.

| The staff were very friendly, but the hotel needs renovation. Our first room's toilet overflowed. Our second room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it reaked of smoke. Our third and final room had mold on the walls and the ceiling had a crack from one side to the other. The pool and the hot tub were cold. I think that they are in the process of changing owners which could be why there were so many maintenance issues.
