| From the extremely slow check in times to the fact that they failed to call us a taxi after having requested them to do so 40 minutes earlier (which made us late for our event)we were very dissatisfied with the service. Hallway air conditioning was not working and all of the hallways were very muggy and hot.

| For the price, the room was small, unclean and timeworn. There are many other choices available in Yakima.

| The maintenance staff were extremely helpful when called upon. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Adding pool side beverage/food service would be a real plus!

| Check-in staff were nice. Hotel was clean and well-maintained. However comfort was lacking. Had two lumpy thin pillows, a thin polyester scratchy bedspread and a thin bottom sheet that didn't stay tucked. Room was either too hot or too cold because there was no thermostat -- just the old-fashioned low air, off, low heat knob to turn on a noisy window unit. Clean for a budget hotel. For the price would stay there again.
