The 21,000-square-foot spa offers 13 interior treatment rooms and three private oceanfront thatched-roof huts for massage. Hawaiian services such as lomi pohaku heated stone massage and noni healing facials, as well as aromatherapy wraps, Vichy shower treatments, and combinations of private yoga or personal training with massage, are available for individuals or couples. Steam room and sauna, cardio and weight rooms, and classes such as outrigger canoe and yoga are offered to guests at no additional charge. The beach concierge lends towels and snorkel gear. For no additional fee, private cabanas with lounge chairs facing the pool and spa tubs or beach include food and beverage service plus complimentary Evian spritzes, cool towels, and bottled water. The Four Seasons concierge can recommend restaurants and arrange tee times or sightseeing, make reservations, and provide driving directions. Guests have access to a 24-hour self-service business center which has two computers with high-speed Internet access and printers. Pets receive their own food bowl and dogs receive chew bones. Complimentary classes such as outrigger canoeing, yoga, aqua fitness, spinning, cardio-kickboxing, mat Pilates, hula, and lei-making are offered throughout the year. The game room, open from early morning to late night, has a big screen cable TV, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping-pong, and video games. Outdoor cardio equipment, including four elliptical machines, nine treadmills, two recumbent bikes, and five stairclimbers, each with private cable TV and headphones, is accessible 24 hours daily. Spago - Celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s California cuisine incorporates local Hawaiian seafood and produce into a dinner menu that changes daily. Located on the hotel’s upper lobby level, the open-air dining room features colorful murals of giant sea anemone on the walls and ceiling. The concierge can assist in reserving a table at just the right location and time to catch the sunset. Pacific Grill - This open-air restaurant on the north side of the swimming pool is on the lower lobby level. At breakfast, an à la carte menu is offered in addition to hot and cold breakfast buffets. On Friday nights the restaurant serves a full seafood dinner buffet. At other times, the buffet is hidden from lobby view by bamboo screens and a luncheon and dinner menu emphasizing fresh local seafood is served. Ferraro’s - Offering Italian-influenced cuisine in an open-air, oceanfront setting, this bar and restaurant serves lunch and dinner. The open kitchen includes a wood-burning oven. The menu includes pizzas and salads. At dinner, a violin and guitar duo perform. The Lobby Lounge - Located on the upper lobby level, this cocktail lounge also serves smoothies and pupus (Hawaiian appetizers). Live piano jazz is performed nightly.
