| My husband and I was not at all impressed with this hotel. When we arrived it was 98 degrees outside. We were very tired from our travels and wanted to take a nap before we left for the evening. The hotel was not air conditioned, but we we're assured that our Suite was. When we got upstairs the rooms air conditioner had not been turned on. We wanted to relax and take a nap but it was incredibly hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. Their was no air conditioner in the bedroom of the suite so it never did cool off in the bedroom until the next day. (too late) The couch in the suite was disgusting, old, discolored, and the bottom was ripped and hanging out from the bottom. We had to put towels down to sit on it. The whirlpool tub was dirty and three tiles were broken. The panel on the tub was hanging off. The The door to the bathroom had a huge patched hole and the door handle on the inside was broken. They didn't have an alarm clock in the bedroom, however they called us the next day 30 minutes before it was time to check out to see if we were leaving or extending our stay. Rude! I would never reccommend this or any other Best Western again. In fact because we just started to travel a lot and have a group of friends who join sometimes join us we have spread the word on this "suite" that the Best Western gave us and none of us will risk staying at hotel chain again.
