This hotel offers very poor service to their customers. My room was double booked, had no air conditioning for a full day and had to move to the back of the property, room key didn't work, and I asked for a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. They did nothing to make my stay more enjoyable or turn me into a happy customer. Think twice before staying here.

We don't like to way hotel is set up. I hate the concrete stairs. Some towels are grayish in color. They never replaced the old towels with new ones.

The guest services staff were great.....thanks Angela,....cleanliness of room was fantastic, everything was in working order, and basically, very impressed overall with hotel. (Oh! They could invest in new seating in the hotel lobby for a better appearance...that is a very minor detail for me)The location was great and cheap cabride to The Strip. I had a great time in Vegas and would definately stay at Alexis Park again on next trip.

From the expedia site, the hotel looks very appealing however, the service that was provided was very very poor. We book the room in December and at the time the weather was very cold. When our heat did not turn on, we called front desk and they insisted that we were not operating the heater correctly. It took them an hour to send someone down to find out that the heater was broken. So they said they would transfer us to another room and that also took over an hour. And to make things worse, when we found out we left something behind at the original room they gave us a hard time getting us keys. Very Poor Service. Not Worth it!!!!

I am on my way back to Vegas. My third trip in a year for business and leisure. This is the original 'oasis' of the valley. The rooms are very nice and quiet. A short strole from the Vegas Strip so you can leave the noise and lights for a peaceful rest. Once in the courtyard that's actualy two city blocks long, you feel lost in the leisure and beauty. i have not stayed in any other Vegas Hotel and do not have any intentions of staying in any other place. The Convention space is very quiet and non-distractive. Come to Alexis Park for business without distactions then when the business is done hit the strip for the action or retire to the courtyards and pools. Thas for reading my opinions and

My reservation was not in the hotel system when I arrived. I was made to wait over two hours for a room, and made to wait in a one-hour line to collect a key AFTER I'd checked in. In concept, this place could be great, however, there were insects in the room when we woke in the morning, (roaches and some other unidentifiable little creatures,) the lights were so dim as to be nearly useless, and of the three times I tried to call the front desk or housekeeping, no one EVER picked up the phone. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the grounds well-planned, if a little worse for the wear. The room appeared clean, but could have used some work. It did not appear the blankets were freshly washed, nor the bedspreads. This property could be made into a nice Vegas destination nicely removed from the strip and casinos; their number one priority should be establishing the guest service guidelines. I should have read the expedia reviews more carefully.

We went as a family and stayed in the crowne loft suite, the only thing we did like was the size of the room. The pools were not heated and were dirty, they said they would have them fixed and they never did, the fireplace in the room didn't work, the tiles around the jetted tub in the room were broken and is placed on the staircase so it's not safe for little kids, the shower door was broken, there were bugs, there weren't any linens for the fold out sofa and it took an hour and two phone calls for them to bring some, one of the pillow cases were dirty, the refrigertor/freezer froze all of our food, we didn't have coffee cups and no one ever did stop by to see if we needed anything the whole time we were there. We called down to see if we could have a diff. room and were told we had to come downstairs and stand in line to talk to someone. So we did and they said we could have 2 different rooms, 1 of them only the shower door wasn't broken there was no fireplace, the 2nd one was 13 buildings away so we didn't bother because of kids and luggage. They gave us room service for one night $50 give or take. When we left we had to pay the $15 overage. We will never be back to this place again!! They had the space available yet gave us the worst room available and we had booked this room more than a month n advance. I've stayed at lower class hotels and have been treated so much better, so it is not worth the money at all!!!

The hotel offered free transportation to the airport. A group of us waited for a half hour and had to take another bus to the airport. They should not have offered something that they didn't provide.

We arrived in December (very cold) and stayed for two nights. The hotel room was actually very nice as we chose a loft room but the service and overall condition of the hotel was not very impressive. The air conditioning units were too complicated to operate and our children were actually cold when I thought I was trying to provide heat. The service at the front desk was awful. I telephoned twice at about 9pm and 10pm to ask for bedding and extra blankets for the sofa bed and they never came! While we were waiting, we had to share the bedding we had in our Queen size bed. The next morning I called to make the front desk aware of the situation and the male rep did not even apologize for our inconvenience. I really did not feel that any of the front desk staff was committed to excellent guest service. They are remodeling the property and it appears that it will look nice but I will not go back to this hotel because of the awful service we received during our stay.

Found dirty bath room, missing light bulbs and no center AC immediately after checking in. No one answered the front desk phone. After calling the main line, the service staff was very impatient and reluctant to switch to another room. Finally assigned a new room but found stair was completely blocked for construction. No safety measure or warn sign around. Then saw dirty dishes from room service piled up in the hallway. Then had to deal with non-stop air plane noise. Yes, almost forget to mentioned those countless ants around the tables and sink areas. Checked out after 3 nights, still saw those dirty dishes in the hallway waiting to be removed.
