| This hotel was very nice! The room and building were clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They offered free shuttle to and from the airport, which was a major convenience for me. They also allowed me to leave the car until I returned, for free. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends.

| The first night we didn't have any air conditioning due to the knobs being broken off the A/C unit. The next morning we didn't have any hot water to shower in. I can say I will never stay at this hotel again. Also they provided a continental breakfast that including coffee and hot tea, however there was no hot water to make tea with.

| Nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. We plan to stay there again next year on our trip to Tucson.

| This hotel was very comfortable for our family with a 14 month old. The room was clean and neat and the lobby was a wonderful place to have a meal together at anytime. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and available. I would return again; however, I would call the hotel ahead of time to make sure they had an infant crib.

| We got to the hotel at 1:00 am because of flight delays. We had 2 rooms reserved and were given 2 room passes. One didn't work and the other was to a room that was occupied. We went back to the desk, and the desk clerk blamed the error on the incompetence of the clerk on duty before him. We got 2 more room passes, this time they worked. The rooms looked old, dingy and dirty. The beds were comfortable.
