The hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from Walt Disney World's four theme parks and Downtown Disney. Mornings begin with a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast served in the tropical garden atrium. In the evenings, a complimentary manager's reception with cocktails and snacks is offered. What to expect: A lush, tropical, six-story atrium with giant palm trees and cascading waterfalls provides an island-style welcome at this family friendly, Caribbean-style suite resort. A bustling energy pervades the atrium as guests heading to and from area attractions catch a quick bite, or stop at the gift shop for souvenirs. The resort wraps around a giant indoor/outdoor pool, sitting area, and poolside bar. Amenity highlights: Child-friendly amenities are featured, including a kids' pool, a playground, and a video arcade. Other family friendly conveniences include laundry facilities, ATM, complimentary parking, and complimentary shuttle service to Disney's four theme parks. Breakfast is complimentary and drinks and snacks are on the house nightly at the manager's reception. A glass-enclosed fitness room includes weight machines and multiple treadmills. Insider tip: Complimentary hotel shuttles to Disney theme parks also stop at Downtown Disney, a shopping, dining, and entertainment center. Restaurants include Planet Hollywood, House of Blues, Bongos Cuban Restaurant, and Wolfgang Puck. Entertainment includes movie theatres and Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba, a theatrical stage production.

| I am a frequent traveller. This time I travelled with my family. Over all I was happy with my staying in this hotel. The people at the door front gave me a home-sweet-home type greeting at my arrival. I heartly appreciate that. The people who took care my room and those worked in the food service were very nice and cared very much about there job. The people at the front desk were ok, but not very impressive. The people at the information counter made me feel that they did not belong to the hotel. The service was too far from being professional. There was no exhaust fan in the bath room. The air conditioning control seem not working too well and the room was a bit too cold some time even in Floria. The mangement should speed up the maintenance for the room began to deteriate.

| Was happy as always with Embassy Suites. We had never stayed at the Lake Buena Vista Embassy, but were very happy with the visit. Suggest an early breakfast, though (before 9 a.m. to avoid lines). Even the breakfast is great!

| I tried to make a reservation for a shorty 2-day vacation at one of the major theme park hotel's, where my family and I usually stay, however, the automated system kept disconnecting me after I entered in the book full of information they require. I gave up and checked with Embassy Suites, which was only a five minute drive on the hotel's free shuttle to MGM-Disney. I had a great hotel with the bonus of an extra "living room" type room and their awesome breakfast buffet.

| I was there 2005 loved it, that is why I came back for 2006. Front Desk was helpful. Especially the concierge desk. They were helpful for direction, disney world tickets, resturants, etc. etc. I give Embassy Suites and A++. Rooms were spacious. My son loved it that he had his own TV to watch what he wanted. My wife and I loved the manager's reception. Pool was big. The breakfest was excellent every day that I was there. Overal Impressed.

| Staff very professional and any requests were handled immediately. The full breakfast and cocktail hour were an enjoyable experience. The suites were clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay there again.

| This is a great place to stay with children. The "dive in" pool movie, along with the manager's happy hour (kids get slushies/snacks) on the house plus the made to order breakfast every morning was wonderful!

| This hotel was very clean and we would definitley stay there again. The pool area was well kept and they even showed movies at night. Location was very close to all the theme parks and there are a ton of restaurants very close. It is family friendly, yet OK for just adults as well.
