| This hotel was clean, and the staff was freindly and helpful. The free breakfast was awesome. Parking was free, ans so were local calls. We stayed 4 days, and the only (slight) drawback was that some days the rooms weren't cleaned until late in the afternoon. Over all, a wonderful experience in Wichita.

| I loved the pool area! Although, it should be maintained better. Overgrown trees/shrubs. I was bitten by lots of tiny bugs while laying by the pool. My room was okay. I had mold/mildew in my shower grout. The only way to watch tv in my room was by laying on the bed. There was a sofa in the room but you could not see the tv while sitting on the sofa. I was not informed of the drink coupons that are given to each guest. I found out from a nice couple sitting by the pool. I had to ask for the coupons (which the front desk was happy to give me). There is also a managers reception which I was not told about when I checked in (there is a sign upon entrance to the hotel driveway). It would have been nice to have had these above items explained to me upon checkin. The side entrance which I entered through (you need a room key to access inside the hotel) did not shut completely so when I walked up to the door I was able to just walk in...along with anyone else who wanted to enter the hotel. The hotel breakfast you can not beat! The italian restaurant next to the hotel will deliver to your room and the food is excellent! I would stay at this hotel again but next time I will speak up.

| I stayed here on the strength of reviews I had read. They were spot-on. The beds were quite hard, and the breakfast buffet was miles ahead of most that one would find at this price range.

| The bed was comfortable, room was clean including bathroom & bathtub. Breakfast was awesome. The hotel looks kind of old but this is just a cosmetic issue. There was no off odors or noticeable damage. The wireless internet was very easy to connect to and fast. It was winter so we did not use the pool but it was cute and situated in the courtyard. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I were very satisfied.

| Upon arriving at this hotel, we were impressed with a beautiful lobby and a friendly front desk clerk. Unfortunately that is where the good impressions ended, as the bathroom floor was sticky, the shower curtain was covered in mold, and the couch was filthy. There were no sheets on the pull out sofa-bed, and staff seemed put-out when we asked for them. I actually wore my flip-flops into the shower. The courtyard and pool area would be beautiful if the hotel would hire a gardener, as the shrubs were terribly overgrown to the point where the pool-side rooms could not use their patios and there were dead plants hanging from a gazebo that looked like it was about to fall down. The pool and hot tub hadn't been cleaned most likely all summer, and the hot tub room stunk.

| The outside of the building and lobby showed a professional appearance, rich features and decor. The clerk had to be summoned from the back, didn't quite know what was available. Our room keys didn't work,(had to find clerk, again) air conditioner didn't work,(had to find clerk again)was moved to another room,(clerk double booked room - person walked in on us), italian resturant was very over priced and service was slow as tar and free wireless internet quality was poor. Good points - on-site breakfast bar was great, pool was small but clean.
