| This nice hotel is within 1/2 block of Bourbon Street. The rooms are very spacious and neat. A few downfalls were the lack of wireless internet, free or otherwise and the lack of valet parking. However, the latter can be attributed to the lack of willing workers in the New Orleans area. The courtyard pool on the second floor is very appealing and is accessible for most of the year due to the warm climate. The staff was very helpful in providing services and tips on where to go in the area based on your interests.

| This hotel had the best staff that I have seen in along time. They really liked their jobs. The two belman and the lady bartender at the pool bar were as good as any I have seen at the five star hotels we normally stay at. But the rooms could use some updating.

| For the most part I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the employees were all extremely friendly. The bed in our room was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. When we decided to stay an extra day the gentleman at the front desk went to extra lengths to rearrange the room reservations so we could stay in the same room. When we checked out and asked them to hold our bags till we headed for the airport, the man at the front desk asked when we would be back and had a taxi there waiting for us. The only disappointment was that the concierge wasn't super knowledgable. He was very nice, but wasn't up to date on what all was opened after Katrina. Otherwise, though, it was a great place to stay! And the Red Fish Grill, the restaurant in the hotel, is absoluely delicious and well-staffed.

| Located in the French Quarter, right at Bourbon Street. You never need to use your rental car. There is a shopping district on Canal Street and you really are in walking distance to the Riverwalk.
