| Hotel is nice but the restaurant is marginal. It was understaffed and minimal selection on the menu. When I stayed there two months ago the parking was free and this time they charged $10.00 per night.

| Shuttle took over an hour to arrive (after two phone calls) for a 3 minute drive from airport to hotel, then they denied I had called the first time. Staff telephoned my room at 11 pm to resolve their billing mistake. Lovely room and very comfortable room.

| I got back into the room after the dining room was closed but roomservice was still available. I placed my order and they said it would be there in 45 minutes. I waited 2 1/2 hours and it still never came. So I decided it wasn't that big of a deal I'd just order a big breakfast. I put what I wanted on the card and hung it on the door knob before the appointed time. The next morning I got ready and waited for my breakfast which never came. It was not charged on my bill. The least they could have done is to call and tell me what was going on. But I didn't receive any such consideration.
