| The Sheraton has easy access in and out of Cleveland airport. It is only about an hour to Canton, so it is a perfect place to stay for the Hall of Fame weekend.

| Room rates were reasonable for the amenities: on airport grounds; help with baggage; quick shuttle service; friendly and helpful staff; comfortable for single woman traveler; beautiful bed. Worth every penny for convenience and a few extra minutes of sleep!

| While the hotel itself is quite typical of a Sheraton, getting to it and parking is less than desirable. It is located on the grounds of the airport and signage is minimal for parking. There are numerous lots around and figuring out which is theirs is not as easy as it might be.

| While the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff all seemed to be pretty helpful, I just don't feel like the hotel was that nice. There was some construction going on. Things did look a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet was a rip-off, it should've been free for what was on it. Basically, it was just overpriced. There was nothing really wrong with it, but it was not worth the price.

| I've stayed at this hotel several times before and have always found it to be very comfortable and nice. One glitch this time with the tub drain being partially clogged, but no problems otherwise.

| I will stay here any time I am in Cleveland. It's within 5 minutes of the airport, very comfortable and well maintained. Employees are friendly and helpfull. It's very easy to get downtown to all the sights. The only negative was that the maid knocked on our door at 8:30 in the morning both days we were there.

| The staff at the bar and restaurant are very friendly and top-notch, but the hotel room I stayed in needed to be renovated 10 years ago. Probably the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at for that reason.
