| I had a nice 7 day stay here for business. I had a room on the first floor bay side and the sunsets and sunrises are to die for. Room service is pricey but it is good. Parking can be a bit hairy but it is plentiful and free.

| Staff was nice, and the room was comfortable and clean for the most part. Good location. The pool could have been upkept a bit more. Long distance charges for hotel room telephone were the higher than any past experience of mine. the courtesy internet access/computers in the lobby were helpful.

| The Radisson was in a great location for access to the cities and to the airport, and being on the bay the setting is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, excellent beds. Complaints... the main elevators need work, they are slow and obviously have had a lot of miles. They need upgrading. I stayed in room 406 and the there was some plumbing problems. The sink and tub drained very slowly and there was also some backup in the sink drain; not very appealing. Suggest a routine check of the condition. Staff was great and very helpful. The AC in my room wasn't working when I arrived, they quickly fixed the problem. Maintenance personnel should wear some type of uniform instead of T-shirt and blue-jeans. Otherwise all was very good.

| Our flight got in early (8 AM) and I called to see if we could check in early. I was told that we could and we proceeded to the hotel for check in. When we arrived, the room we had paid for (king, non-smoking, bay view) was actually not available and the desk clerk tried to get us into a room of less quality. When we refused, she then tried to upsell the room we originally paid for for an additional ten dollars...hmmmmmm! Since I did not have the engery to argue and really wanted to get checked into my room, we agreed. Once we got to our room (no bell hop, had to lug our own luggage) the room was actually nice. We were on the sixth floor, bayside with a king bed, one of those dial beds....really nice! The pool was so-so, kinda had a film of some sort that made us not want to swim, but we did lay out for awhile. Parking was ample and free, always a good thing. Staff was friendly, but did not go our of their way. Overall, the experience was good, but would look for an alternative next time.

| The Radisson Bay Harbor Hotel was a great value. We didnt have Sleep Number beds because we had 2 doubles instead, but they were still extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony and the airport shuttle is a wonderful amenity.

| This hotel was not what I would expect from a Radisson. The hotel was dirty and very dated. The matresses were so thin it was like sleeping on the box spring even though they advertise the sleep number beds at the front desk. Don't be fooled. The fire alarm went off 6 times at all hours of the night and morning while we were there. The internet service was not worth using and if you need it(as we did) do not stay here. A total dissapointment overall!
