| This hotel had the dirtest carpet I had ever seen in my life. Didn't notice at first. But just walking around for a minute or two and my feet were BLACK! YUCK! After close inspection I realized the dark coloring of the carpet was just pure filth. What was surprizing was that everything else seemed to be very clean and the bed was by far the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. If not for the sheer comfort of the bed I would not have given ANY good marks. Overall, I would not stay here again.

| Had a great time! My room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Staying there really made my vacation.

| it's close to old St. Augustine and it's not that bad to stay in. It has a pool. right in the middle of everything.

| I stayed at the hotel during the fourth of July Weekend. I was pleased with the staff. I checked into the hotel rather late but the man at the front desk was all smiles and jokes. He even told us where we could find a 24-hour restaurant. The hotel is very close to the attractions in the historic part and the drive to the beach is about 10 mins.

| I felt like I was staying in an old Motel. The room smelled stale. The only features they had was a phone. The bed felt like it was very old. They were having some maintanace issues and had to turn the H20 off from 10am-3pm. However I will say, the employees at the front desk were nice.
