| We needed a hotel for the night before a trip out of Chicago. I was impressed by the quality of the hotel with it's nice lobby, great rooms, and wonderful breakfast bar. The noise in the hallways seemed a little loud and the air conditioner was somewhat loud, but overall it was exactly what we needed.

| We were stranded in Chicago during a storm and we were able to get a very nice room at the Hampton Inn. We were surprised at how nice the room was--the bed was very fluffy and comfortable and the amenities were a nice touch. Big room, giant bathroom and free shuttles to and from the airport was a lifesaver!

| Checked in and unloaded bags, then turned in Enterprise rental car, walked back to hotel. Used 2 AM wake-up call then 3 AM hotel shuttle to O'Hare. Good value for room, proximity to airport. No problems whatsoever.

| We were very lost in this city. The hotel personnel was very helpful answering all of our questions and making recomending and suggestions on using the public transportation systems. We were also impressed reguarding their hast in there suttle system getting us to resturants and the airport. We never had to wait on them.

| When we checked in, there was a group of 15 that was causing all kinds of havoc for the front desk. In spite of the confusion and having to deal with demanding (unreasonably so) cusomers, the staff at the front desk kept their cool and were very professional. Our shuttle driver was helpful and friendly - and had the foresight to provide ice cold water for his passengers! (The temps in Chicago were brutal, and this small gesture was very appreciated.) Our room was spotless, the bed was SO comfortable - and I was impressed by the fact I could walk on the carpeting and it flet like it was truly CLEAN! The pool is an outside pool, and the only downside was that it needed to have the leaves cleaned out. The fitness room was very nice. All in all, we were very impressed with the value of this hotel and we would recommend this to all of our friends. The next time we are in Chicago, this will be where we stay.

| We stayed here because it was close to the airport. We didn't have a car so they drove us to a great restaurant. We had a nice, free breakfast the next morning and then they shuttled us to the airport.

| I stayed at the hotel jusy for one night, cause I was going to the airport the next morning really early.I loved that they have a 24 hour shuttle, at 430 am just before taking the shuttle we had and excellent breakfast already included in the hotel rate. I loved that!! Really comfortable beds!!!A nice place to stay if you have a flight to catch the next day!

| We visited this Hampton Inn last week and agree with all the 5 reviews!!!!! The staff both on the weekend and during the week were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there on a return trip to Chicago and highly recommend this hotel to all.

| This hotel was very clean. Bedspreads and other linens looked new. The breakfast was very good and somewhat different each day. Convenient location. Good shuttle service. Very satisfied.

| The room was clean and orderly. The bedding was spotless. I didn't feel like 1000 people had sat on the comforter before me. I enjoyed the staff. They were friendly and helpful. The shuttle was timely and the drivers were responsive. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. It's much more than a typical continental breakfast. Best of all ... everything was neat, tidy and immaculate. If ten is best ... it's a solid 10.
