| Good location, good value, rooms not real clean, priced right, did not feel safe at night, but could walk to PF Changs and Hard Rock. Good for those looking to stay near the Hard Rock but do not want to buy two rooms there. Rooms look outdated and dirty, but you get what you pay for here. Definitely not a 3 1/2 star hotel. Dan

| Checked in to find that someone at the hotel cancelled my expedia reservation. Took them 15 minutes to fix the problem. The room was nice. Of the 4 nights we were there, they missed room service once and said they couldnt' do it when i reported the problem. Took a shower in cold water two nights in a row. Asked front desk to call a taxi but they told me to go to the next door hotel to the taxi line. Horrible staff, would not stay there again for the price I paid!

| This was a nice location for us to be off-strip, but still within striking distance of everything! It was very quiet, and the room was comfortable. EZ walk to Hard Rock, UNLV (great track to walk on very close) and Terrible's Casino across the street as well. Also walking distance to an Osco Drug Store, and PF Chang's restauant.

| We chose to stay at this hotel based on the other reviews, so we wanted to make sure that people know that this hotel is not as perfect as it seems. When we went to check in the two people at the desk continued to have a personal conversation while we were standing right in front of them. They then treated us as if we were inconvienencing them by checking in. We had requested a non-smoking room, but when we walked in we were hit by a strong smoke smell. It turned out that their vents were really bad and it was coming from the lobby. It was so bad that I woke up unable to breath in the middle of the night. We also had ants and mold in our room. We had no wash clothes. The resturant was closed before the posted time, so we ordered room service which was tasteless. The bed was hard as a rock making sleeping difficult. I am not the type that is that picky about where I stay and I am not above writting a good review, this place was just that bad. Stay here if you really want to appreciate staying some where else after.

| The hotel shuttle service is not reliable and is not consistant in location drop offs and pick ups. Although the design of the room was nice, the hotel ran out of coffee packs and didn't give fresh cups daily. If you just need a cheap place to stay that's not on the strip and you don't need to eat at the hotel, this one will do.

| Having never visited Las Vegas, this first trip was unique. And as my trip was business, not being distracted by the lights and action made this hotel a good choice to stay in.
