| This hotel was a huge mistake. We picked it because it was the 2005 Property of the Year! It must have gone down hill completely since then. Pieces of the molding on doors were missing and it just looked very unappealing and it stunk like mildew and smoke. The worst thing was that we checked in at 7:30 pm and the TV next door was very loud. After several calls to the front desk, at 1 am, moved to a new room because we could not sleep because of the load TV next door. After we moved, we could still hear a lot of noise in the hotel - the walls are very thin and we got very little sleep! We thought we were getting breakfast (Rise and Dine package)and that did not happen until we complained. There has got to be better hotels in Green Bay!

| staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel is understaffed and we found ourselves waiting 30 to 40 minutes to be waited on in the resturant, the whirlpool was working only on the last day of our stay and there was never a life guard at the pool where young children are the predominate swimmers

| This was more than we expected. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, mini-bowling, and mini-golf. Adults can sit outside the pub and enjoy a drink while their kids play. It's all indoors too.

| Rooms show the effects of age and wear. Noise level from outside was high due to poor sound deadening. Door seal was poor allowing a good draft of GB temperature. For the money, not comparable to those in same price range.
