| We spent only a night. The hotel was OK for staying only a night. We were out most of the time visting Savannah's historic district and the beach. The location was a bit far from the most attractive places.

| It was nice: relatively inexpensive, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had a very nice little pool to relax in.

| Every time I wanted to leave my 2nd floor room to get to my car, I had to travel down any one of the several stairwells. The problem was that around each stairwell was a swarm of grape-sized bees. My uncle was killed by a bee sting and my wife and I are both alergic. The staff was very unsympathetic, but each trip in and out of my room was miserable for me and terrifying for my wife. The bee problem completely ruined my experience at this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

| My husband and I needed to go on vacation for the Fourth of July--it was time. We read the other reviews for Savannah, and I especially appreciated the one that warned us to stay out by the mall instead of downtown. Man, were they right! This hotel is in a great location--there are restaraunts, grocery stores, oh and the mall, and its really great for those who just need a comfy place to sleep while sightseeing in Savannah. Our room was clean, and the housekeepers were respectful. The deskclerks were helpful and polite, and the free continental breakfast was impressive (for a continental breakfast). There were only 2 flaws--there are no fitted sheets for the mattress, and the pool is TINY! Everything else was excellent, we enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

| It was in a nice place, close to malls, but not as close to River Street. It was a little old, but nice. I would stay again.

| The hotel was adeqate for sleeping, room design poor, lighting poor, matresses not great blankets and pillows old and showing wear. Continental breakfast packaged and not inviting at all, coffe weak and luke warm. Air conditioning in room noisey and not very adjustable. I was unimpressed but the inexpensive price was the reason for choosing, you get what you pay for.
