| We love Marriott hotels because the beds are divine. However, they could maintain the water in the indoor pool better. My kids purchased goggles to swim underwater and said it was so murky they couldn't see much. However, they said the outdoor pool was fine.

| Only problem was the cashier at the hotel's main resteraunt-not overly friendly or helpful, the waitress was though.

| We went up to the BYU football game for my birthday. We were looking around for a place to stay overnight and the Provo Marriott had a relatively good deal. We booked through Expedia and enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be improved is booking by room type. I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke and when we got there they had us down for a smoking room. I politely asked if there was any way to get a non-smoking room. Because it was Homecoming weekend, the hotel was almost full and we got the last non-smoking room. A close call but it seemed to work out.JB
