| We have been staying here for a few years now and enjoy the size of the pool, the landscaping and the casual atmosphere. The mexican restaurant next door and Elmer's down the street is a must have every time we visit. The rooms are nicely appointed and the price is right. Water temperature in the rooms can be sketchy and they have been known to run out of ice in their ice machines. Overall, we enjoy our stays every time.

| This hotel was a good value, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay, look somewhere else. The front desk service was average and with all of the retainers and fees it seemed like a place where college kids came to trash their rooms. For example, a deposit was required on your pool towels and they opened a sizeable charge on your credit card for "incidentals." The room wasn't anything special. The motel design made it somewhat noisy at night, but we stayed over a holiday weekend. The room was comforatable and you could tell they made an effort to update it from a complete '70s look. The beds were very comfortable and had the nice touch of feather-beds. The bathroom was clean but run down - no tub. The pool was large and had a lot of lounge chairs available. Not much is within walking distance. The hotel does have two restaurants on site. If you don't mind driving to downtown Palm Springs, the location is good.

| Doesn't look much from the road but its easy to find and the Polynesian Tiki style is fun with very tidy comfortable rooms for a great price. Service friendly and reliable. Maintenance of motel up to date, pool areas very clean and tidy, restaurant OK. COuldnt ask for more in this price range.

| The atmosphere says it all...from the lobby, to the pool area, to the suite. Polynesia in Palm Springs! For the reasonable price, it was well worth every penny. The rooms were surprisingly well decorated and clean, the staff were great, and the pool is a definite highlight. The only drawback was the horrible on-site restaraunt, Hawaiian Bills. Overpriced and lousy food/service. I consider it a wash for the deal I got on the room. Location a little way past the town action, but right on the main road. Feels and looks like a great throwback from 60's Tiki motif, but without being acually FROM the 60's.

| I had a good time in this hotel. Just don't expect to get smiling helpful service. That was kind of crude, but after you get over that hurdle, the rooms are big and pool is adjacent to all rooms. Although from the a/c and prior people that smoked or pets, when you enter the rooms dont smell very pleasant.

| Surprisingly good value. Very clean room and bathroom. A/C worked amazingly well considering my room faced the west and the highs were in the 115s. Pool was really nice and the front desk staff was fun and very accomodating.. Absolutely stay there again...
