| Hotel was under construction, so it was difficult even to get to the restaurant. No hostess, no waitress, just a (very nice) cook trying to do everything. Uncomfortable room furniture. No decent place to work at a computer. No wi-fi, but an over-priced offer of paid internet access over the TV. Plus the hotel is a maze: it took me five minutes of wandering various corridors to find my room. By far the worst hotel experience I have had in many, many years.

| The staff was incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my car when I was ready to leave and they volunteered to "jump start" my car.
